Volvere Vie Wellness Spa is preparing to open. Right now this website does one thing: it lets you ask to be told when we do. This notice explains what happens to the information you give us.
What we collect
If you submit the invitation form, we store your email address, the date and time you submitted it, the wording of the consent statement shown to you at the time, and the country your request came from. Nothing else. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not collect health information of any kind through this site.
Why we collect it
To email you about our opening and, occasionally afterward, about services and offers. That is the only purpose. We keep the timestamp and consent wording so we have a record of what you agreed to and when.
Who else sees it
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, and your email address is stored in a Cloudflare database. When we begin sending email we will use an email service provider, and your address will be shared with that provider for the sole purpose of delivering our messages to you.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer have a reason to keep it.
Removing yourself
Email rachel@volverevie.com and ask to be removed, and we will do it. You do not need to give a reason. Every marketing email we send will also carry an unsubscribe link. You may also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Appointments and health information
Appointment booking and any health information are handled through separate systems, not through this website, and are governed by the notices provided to you at the time of booking or treatment.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it.
